Our 24-hour reception and security services are always at your disposal: Balaia Golf Village is a home from home. Set in mature parkland surroundings, the village has a multitude of sports and leisure facilities, including golf, tennis, pools and Health Club. Our visitors can also enjoy the “A Varanda” restaurant and bar, various pool bars and the Golf Clubhouse. The standard of accommodation is excellent, all tastefully furnished for a high level of comfort. The apartments all have either balconies or a varanda and are fully equipped for self-catering. Included in the rental terms is maid service six times a week and change of laundry twice a week. Most apartments come with a double sofa bed and cots can be rented on request. High Chair - 3€ per day

Airport shuttle: EUR 31 for up to 4 persons per way, EUR 49 up to 8 persons (this transfer has to be booked with the hotel reception).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 5.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 8.00 per person. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
